Client sought assistance to improve general awareness of its newly developed Quality Management Program; Assist with defining quality for leadership and personnel, and what they should be looking for in relation to quality on a regular basis.

Engage

  • Conduct project kick-off with stakeholders
  • Review existing training materials
  • Draft training charters, outlining training dates, requirements, participants, training needs and delivery format

Design

Design and develop training materials the following 4 training courses

  • Quality Management program for leaders
  • Quality Management program for practitioners
  • Quality Planning
  • Quality Metrics Development

Train

  • Conduct six in person instructor- led training course
  • Identify 3 future trainers within the organization and conduct train the trainer sessions to prepare them for the future training courses
