Client was planning to grow significantly over the next 3-5 years, which required to expand production capacity, product lines, and customer base. In its effort to maintain high levels of customer care, specialization and responsiveness, client wanted to re-design and implement new processes, systems and an adapted people’s organization to identify how best to manage the anticipated future growth

- Understand current state in terms of processes, systems, people as well as current challenges
- Conduct gap assessment based on leading practices to support future state vision and opportunities prioritization
Define E2E Vision & Key Capabilities
- Develop E2E future state vision (level 1 process, systems, organization)
- Define key capabilities to close the gaps between the current and future state
Develop Solution for "Forecast to Production" & "Order To Delivery"
- Develop detailed business processes and business requirements
- Review technology vendors shortlist
- Identify initiatives to close the gaps (short term quick wins / longer term initiatives)
Develop Roadmap & Kick-off Implementation
- Develop project charters including high level cost/benefit analysis
- Develop implementation roadmap
- Develop project plan & quote for select initiatives
- Kick-off implementation for “Forecast to Production” and “Order to Delivery” (2 weeks)
