Performance Snapshot:

  • Successfully redesigned manufacturing processes impacted by new changes/upgrades on client’s ERP system; Analyzed historical demand and developed new replenishment stocking levels across the client’s network of warehouses (hard savings of $350K & 15 %increase in customer service level); developed a business case for implantation of proposed solutions backed up by thorough time studies on their current and future state processes
  • Conducted lead to delivery supply chain assessment for current state and future state of $500MM dairy company looking to expand to $1B in sales in the next 3 to 5 years. Developed future state process flows and roadmap for execution of process improvements.
  • Led an organizational re-design of a supply chain function involving 51 FTEs; Developed roadmap for the transition and mature state of the new supply chain organizational model.
  • Engaged with an oil and gas client in developing quality management program throughout their organization. Developed training materials and facilitated Quality Planning, Quality Metrics Development and Quality Management Program trainings

  • Responsible for manufacturing team to design processes following product life cycle, quality standards and customer specifications and requirements
  • Developed low and high production volume scenarios based on customer requirements for a customized automotive part.
  • Engaged in accessing client requirements and provide insights to management based on our in house technical capability to meet VOC

  • Led material utilization improvement project of a coating process using six-sigma methodology resulting in process variability reduction of 55%and a combined yearly labor and material saving of $450K
  • Led a process improvement project leading to elimination of labour incentive quality inspection, saving labour cost by 45%
  • Led an operator error reduction project across a plant consisting 154 operators; Identified vital root causes and conducted training sessions to train operators to execute the developed action plans
