Client sought assistance to improve general awareness of its newly developed Quality Management Program; Assist with defining quality for leadership and personnel, and what they should be looking for in relation to quality on a regular basis.

- Conduct project kick-off with stakeholders
- Review existing training materials
- Draft training charters, outlining training dates, requirements, participants, training needs and delivery format

Design and develop training materials the following 4 training courses
- Quality Management program for leaders
- Quality Management program for practitioners

- Quality Metrics Development
Train
- Conduct six in person instructor- led training course
- Identify 3 future trainers within the organization and conduct train the trainer sessions to prepare them for the future training courses
